THINKING AND ACTING RESPONSIBLY
We have an integrated management system and are certified in quality management (ISO 9001) and environmental management (ISO 14001).
The environmental policy of Willingshofer GmbH is derived from the company values openness, commitment, courage, reliability, appreciation and innovation.
EMISSIONS:
We take care to limit noise and try to design our production processes in such a way that only low emissions are produced. It is our concern to keep waste consumption as low as possible and to dispose of it properly. Our operational activities are subject to regular controls.
RESOURCE PROTECTION:
We monitor the development of renewable energies and sustainability and incorporate these findings into our development process. This is also taken into account when investing in new infrastructure.
EMPLOYEES:
Every employee is called upon to make an active contribution to environmental protection. Environmental goals and actions are developed and implemented jointly.
PUBLIC:
We respect all environmentally relevant requirements and regulations. We work in accordance with the law. We are in active communication with authorities, other companies, the safety specialist and the company doctor in order to openly coordinate questions of environmental protection and health.
CERTIFICATIONS AND AUDITS:
Environmental certifications increase the significance of the environmental concept in practice. The sense of responsibility of our employees also contributes to the continuous improvement process. Regular training, further education and evaluations on environmentally relevant topics are supported.
