The mission statement of Willingshofer GesmbH

Our mission statement forms the basis for objectives, strategies and entrepreneurial action. In this way we want to transparently present our guiding principles to customers, partners and employees and ensure that Willingshofer GesmbH can continue to confirm its successful market positioning. Compliance with the guiding principles set out below also serves to safeguard our earnings situation so that the Company's continued existence can be secured in the long term:
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Only satisfied customers are partners for follow-up orders and further developments. Reliability regarding quality and promised delivery date must be a matter of course for us.
Through detailed project planning and consistent monitoring of the terms, as well as compliance with the agreed quality standards by all employees acting on their own responsibility, high-quality and faultless systems are to be handed over to the customer.

PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES
It is important for us to comply with the labour law regulations applicable in Austria and in the respective country of employment. This is to be achieved through continuous improvement of capacity planning and training. Discrimination based on ethnic origin, religion or gender has no place in the motivated Willingshofer team.

COMPANY HEDGING
The stability of the company is at the forefront of all the company's interest partners. A necessary contribution margin is to be generated during the realisation of each individual project. Responsibility applies equally to costing, sales, design, project tracking, manufacturing and accounting. A fair and cooperative participation of suppliers and customers is also necessary to achieve this goal. Sales planning should ensure the constant further development of the company within the framework of the available resources.

PARTNERSHIP RELATIONS WITH SUPPLIERS
Active and trust-based cooperation with our suppliers is intended to ensure that their raw materials, semi-finished and finished products meet our quality and processing expectations. A constant evaluation of the performance of our suppliers should give us an objective overview.
EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT
The qualification and motivation of our employees are the basis for successful cooperation with our customers. The strategy is aimed at having highly qualified employees who are motivated, effective and responsible for the success of the company. To this end, the company invests in apprentice training and the ongoing further qualification of its employees.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION
Sustainable development and environmental protection are part of Willingshofer's programme.
In view of our ecological and social responsibility, we protect the environment and operate sustainably in terms of energy and resource consumption.
We use as little energy as possible in the manufacture and assembly of our products. We avoid waste and use the most environmentally friendly resources possible. The promotion of the increased use of renewable energy sources is a declared goal.

LEGAL CONFORMITY
We work in accordance with the law, i.e. we undertake to act in accordance with the legal and statutory obligations.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The management as well as all employees commit themselves to consistently implement the introduced Integrated Management System and to support the continuous further development.
